RETURRET
B56 yder 14 dages fuld retur eller bytteret gældende fra den dag du modtager forsendelsen. Du bedes udfylde retursedlen og vedlægge den i retur forsendelsen. Varerne skal returneres ubrugte og i samme stand som ved modtagelsen med returmærkaten siddende på. Varer uden returmærkat tages ikke retur. Vi tilbagebetaler kun til det kreditkort som varerne er betalt med. Returnering af varer står for din regning.
FORSENDELSE
Dine køb vil blive leveret hurtigst muligt med UPS. Du vil modtage varerne indenfor 4-14 dage efter bestilling. Du vil modtage en e-mail med tracking nummer når varerne afsendes.
VAREKØB
I forbindelse med køb af varer fra b56 må du opgive personlige informationer såsom navn, adresse og betalings oplysninger. Når din ordre er fuldført, vil du modtage en ordre bekræftelse per e-mail.

FARVER
Vi kan ikke garantere at farverne på vores net shop stemmer 100% overens med farverne i virkeligheden. Dette afhænger delvis af farve opsætningen på din computer og monitor.

Bestiller du fra et EU land betales der dansk Moms, men ingen told efter reglerne om varernes frie bevægelighed. Bestiller du fra et land udenfor EU kan der blive afkrævet lokale skatter og told som vi ikke kan drages til ansvar for, men til gengæld er dansk moms fratrukket i vores pris. Hvis der skal betales lokale skatter og/eller told vil du blive kontaktet af fragtfirmaet. Vær opmærksom på, at dette kan forsinke forsendelsen, idet varerne bliver tilbageholdt i tolden. Det er dit ansvar at tage kontakt til fragt firmaet og betale de påførte meromkostninger.

REFUND
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Please fill out the return form provided by us and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed and without the tag. We only credit the credit card which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses.
SHIPPING
Your purchased item(s) will be shipped with UPS as soon as possible. You will receive your parcel within 4-14 days after you have placed the order. An e-mail will be send to you with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
In connection with the purchase of goods from b56 you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

COLOURS
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
PAYMENT
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years and are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

DUTY AND VAT
Are you ordering from an EU country you will have to pay Danish VAT but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. Are you ordering from a country outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish VAT, but you may have to pay additional tax and/or duties in the country of destination. B56 is not responsible for such taxes or duties. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra tax or customs clearance charges, and it is your responsibility to pay such expenses. Please note that this may delay delivery because of the goods being held up in customs.
